All orders accepted by Better Directions are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede previous conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, when available we may provide an updated version or specifications may vary slightly.

MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We use Protx for secure payment processing and accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

You will receive confirmation of your order by email. The email contains a listing of the products you've ordered, but we defer payment and completion of the order until the goods are confirmed as available and ready for shipment.

DELIVERY
Most items are kept in stock and will be dispatched same or next day by Royal Mail. Sometimes there may be a small delay and we will inform you by email if this is going to be more than 5 working days. Some items are listed as Special Order items and are therefore subject to the special delivery conditions as given in the product description (see pop-up window).

RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

PRIVACY POLICY
RSAC Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
